We take the continuous improvement of the product as essential, that is why we prove ourselves by going to be examined by the most demanding tasting panels in those contests where we know the masters of tasting are going to test the best EVOOs in the world. These examinations are very demanding as the Masters involved use to havea wide experience and their organization is aimed at selecting the excellence of the product above the average quality of any oil. Since our beginnings, we have attended international competitions in Israel, Japan, China, Argentina, the USA and, of course, also in Spain, seeking to examine our oil quality. These are the recognitions and awards for our way of understanding the production, the care of the fruit and the elaboration of our oil. The awards obtained are a recognition of both, the EVOO and the farmers and territory that make it possible. And the many years of recognition allow us to think that we are on the right track.
